Canadian Providence- Quebec

The flag of Quebec was adopted in 1948. A blue field with a symmetric cross between four fleurs-de-lis. The white fleurs-de-lis symbolizes purity and blue field symbolizes heaven honouring the Virgin Mary. It's horizontal symmetry allows both sides of the flag to show the same image.
